A: Must be an official licensee.
You’ll need the following:
a valid email address with your company domain,
your licensing agreement or LOA (Letter of Authorization), if absolutely necessary, from the licensor(s),
a licensed product list in excel, and
a valid ePIN. (generated when you sign-up)
You can Start Today, click Onboard Now , fill out the form, and once verified as an official licensee, you will receive a unique alphanumeric ePIN via email when you sign in normally. You won’t need to wait! This one-time ePIN must be entered when signing in to your eLicensee portal.
