# Q1: What do I need to onboard my licensed products on Egeez?

Must be an official licensee with direct licensing rights to entertainment Intellectual properties (Smurfs, Mr. Bean, Spiderman etc.).

**You can** **Click "Sign Up" today to create an account found on** [**www.egeez.com**](https://www.egeez.com) **under “For Licensees” page, wait for your “ePIN” sent once verified, and import your licensed catalogue, if ready. Onboard early and Enjoy reduced commission before our eGeez app BETA launch this year, 2026!**

**A: Must be an official licensee.**

You’ll need the following:

1.  a valid email address with your company domain,
    
2.  your licensing agreement or LOA (Letter of Authorization), if absolutely necessary, from the licensor(s),
    
3.  a licensed product list in excel, and
    
4.  a valid ePIN. (generated when you sign-up)
    
    You can **Start** **Today**, click [Onboard Now](https://uu6leb0wjug.typeform.com/to/j7k9u4Ij) , fill out the form, and once verified as an official licensee, you will receive a unique alphanumeric ePIN via email when you sign in normally. You won’t need to wait! This one-time ePIN must be entered when signing in to your eLicensee portal.
