Occasionally eSmart AI flags an upload for manual review when the extracted data contains values outside normal market ranges — for example a royalty rate significantly above or below the expected range for that category. This is a data quality check to protect the integrity of the benchmark pool.
Your upload is not visible to other users while under review. Our team reviews flagged uploads within 24 hours. If your data is correct it will be approved and added to the benchmarks.
