The signal shows a green Actioned badge confirming it has been handled. This removes it from your active priority queue and tells the system you are already working on this opportunity. Your actioned rate appears in the admin panel as a metric showing what percentage of signals your team converts into active outreach. This is one of the most important conversion metrics on the platform.
