To cancel your subscription go to Billing and Plans in the left sidebar and click Cancel Plan.
Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. To delete your account go to Settings and scroll to the Account Management section at the bottom. You have two options.
Deactivate pauses your account for 90 days — you can reactivate anytime by logging back in and all your data is preserved. Delete permanently removes your account immediately after you type DELETE to confirm.
If you change your mind after deactivating visit einsights.io/reactivate within 90 days to restore full access.
