# How do I sign up for eGeez, choose an account type and start using eInsights?

Get Started!

eGeez provides access to eInsights, a licensing intelligence platform designed to help businesses research intellectual property, manage licensing relationships, analyze licensed products and organize commercial licensing workflows.

**How to get started**

1.  Visit [egeez.com](https://egeez.com)/einsights
    
2.  Select **Get Started** or **Plans**.
    
3.  Review the available subscription plans and included features.
    
4.  Choose the account experience that best describes your business:
    
    -   **Licensor:** You own, control or represent intellectual property available for licensing.
        
    -   **Licensee:** You license intellectual property or want access to licensing intelligence and related business tools.
        
5.  Enter your business information and create your account.
    
6.  Complete any required email or company verification.
    
7.  Follow the applicable subscription or invitation instructions.
    
8.  Sign in to [eInsights](https://einsights.egeez.com).
    
9.  Complete your company profile and explore the workspaces included in your account.
    

**What happens after registration?**

Your account provides access to the features available under your selected plan and user permissions. You can begin exploring licensing intelligence and setting up relevant business information.

Some features require an existing licensing relationship, agreement or verified company profile.

**Important:** Creating an eGeez account does not grant intellectual property rights or establish a licensing agreement with any brand.
