# How do I add a licensor, manage a licensing agreement and verify royalty terms?

If your company operates under a licensing agreement, eInsights helps organize the relationship and its commercial obligations.

### Step 1 — Add your licensor

1.  Sign in to your Licensee workspace.
    
2.  Open **My Licensors**.
    
3.  Select the option to add or manage a licensor.
    
4.  Identify the relevant licensing company.
    
5.  Complete the applicable relationship information.
    

### Step 2 — Add the licensing agreement

1.  Open the relevant licensor or agreement record.
    
2.  Upload or associate the applicable licensing agreement.
    
3.  Review the agreement details and commercial information.
    
4.  Ensure the agreement is associated with the correct licensor and business relationship.
    

### Step 3 — Review commercial terms
