# How do I search, verify or claim a licensed product or company in eLIVN?

Help users explore registered or available licensed-product records. Claim your licensed product

eLIVN provides public product discovery and identity information to help users explore registered or available licensed-product records.

### Search for a licensed product

1. Open the existing **eLIVN Registrar** through eGeez.

2. Use the available product or company search.

3. Enter a relevant company name, product name or supported identifier.

4. Review matching records.

5. Select a record to examine its available information.

### Review a digital product passport

Where a public digital passport is available, it may provide information about the product and its associated licensing identity.

A product QR code may direct you to its public digital passport or verification experience.

Review the information shown and any applicable verification indicators.

### Claim a company record

If your company is represented in eGeez and you are authorized to act on its behalf, follow the available company-claim process.

You may be asked to provide company information or evidence of your authority.

A claim is subject to the applicable verification requirements.

### What if I cannot find a product?

A missing or unavailable product record does **not** automatically mean that a product is counterfeit, unauthorized or unlicensed.

Not every licensed product is necessarily represented in the available records.

Likewise, a digital passport should be interpreted according to the specific information and verification status displayed. It is not a substitute for all forms of commercial or legal due diligence.
